BBWeather 修改汉化版，支持CMWAP
本程序基于BBWeather 0.84 Alpha 版
增加了多语言的支持(原程序没有将文字提出，所以花了不少时间修改这部分)
增加了对CMWAP的支持
修改了weather.com的API KEY
此版本支持4.1及以上OS
cmwap的使用方法，确认系统选项-TCP中的设置为CMWAP，然后进入程序选项中的连接类型，选择WAP即可。
地区ID可以去http://www.aspnetresources.com/tools/locid.aspx 这里查询
